At the Group 4 State Relay Championships, two Raider athletes picked up a state title in the high jump relay. Seniors, Damian Miller and Samod Wingo, both soared over a six foot bar to win the championship. A week prior to the state meet, Miller and Wingo won gold at the Middlesex County Relay Championships. At the county championships they had a combined mark of 11’10. With only a week between the two championships, Miller and Wingo improved their combined mark by 6 inches! Both Miller and Wingo jumped personal record marks at the height of 6’2. Their clearance over 6’2 resulted in a combined mark of 12’4, which won the state title.
