We have a unique opportunity to offer you!
Empower Somerset is offering a Free Virtual Youth Mental Health First AId Course on either April 18 & 25 or April 20 & 27 from 6-8:30 pm. Upon completion of the course, you'll be able to know how to respond to stressors your children face & you'll be able to help them navigate challenges.
Registration is simple! Please click on the link below and select the course dates that work best for you. Using the corresponding QR code on the flyer with the camera on your smartphone, you'll be directed to the registration site. A Zoom link for the training will then be sent to you once your registration is confirmed.
This course is for adults 18+ years old who have contact with youth.
