Hamlet
"To be or not to be - that is the question" (3:1). Hamlet, the famous play by William Shakespeare, begins and ends in tragedy. After the sudden loss of his father, the late King Hamlet, and the all-too-quick marriage between his uncle and mother, Hamlet is left to question what is left in life. When his father's ghost reveals his murderer, Hamlet finds new purpose in life and resolves himself to revenge. Through erratic behavior and the theatre, Hamlet is able to get his father's killer right where he wants him, with a few casualties along the way.

Honors III

A Clockwork Orange
"What's it going to be then, eh?" is the million dollar question Alex asks his droogs nightly. As deviant thinkers, their answer always involves causing harm to the innocent. Set in a futuristic world run by small gangs, where the young exhibit power over the old, the state feels the need to intervene. Once it does, the novel asks us to consider the sweet, tasty freedom we enjoy, and what it would feel like to have it taken away to ensure things run like clockwork.
